How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual?
Subscriptions are managed by your device’s app marketplace: the App Store if you’re using an iOS device or the Play Store if you’re using an Android device.
Updating your subscription in the App Store (for iOS devices)
To change your subscription from monthly to annual on iOS (or vice versa), simply open the App Store app on your phone and select your account. Select Subscriptions, then choose Flats or Spikes. Under “Options,” select the billing cycle you wish to switch to and follow the in-app prompts to confirm your change.
Updating your subscription in the Play Store (for Android devices)
In order to change your subscription type on Android, you must cancel your current monthly subscription. When your original subscription expires, you can resubscribe and select the annual subscription option.
To cancel your current subscription, open the Google Play app, select your account, and choose Payments & subscriptions. From the Payments & subscriptions screen, choose Subscriptions. Select Flats or Spikes and select Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Once your subscription has expired, you will see a prompt to renew your subscription when you next open the app. Select Renew and you will be able to start a new monthly or annual subscription.
